Ich lasse seit ein paar Jahren hier Übersetzung anfertigen und war bis jetzt immer sehr zufrieden. Kann es mit gutem Gewissen weiter empfehlen.

Unkompliziert und schnell bearbeitet

Extremely unprofessional, dismissive, and irresponsible – avoid at all costs. My experience with KERN Global Language Services Leipzig was not only disappointing, but outright infuriating. I paid nearly €200 for a certified translation of official Greek documents — what I received was a careless, error-filled translation that showed no regard for accuracy, context, or even basic proofreading. Names (mine and my family’s) were repeatedly misspelled despite being clearly provided. Specific official terms were arbitrarily altered, and when I pointed this out, KERN claimed there was "room for interpretation" — a baffling response, considering these terms have precise, context-dependent meanings in legal and academic settings. This wasn't interpretation — it was plain misinformation. Worse still, their handling of my complaints was cold and dismissive. After repeated emails and corrections from my side — all of which I can prove — they finally sent me an updated Word document correcting only the most obvious errors. Ironically, they still insisted the translation was "perfect" and then offered that if I wanted any further changes, I could go ahead and edit the file myself. This was positioned as a gesture of goodwill, but in reality, it was just a way to offload their responsibility onto me while brushing me off. The lack of professionalism, accountability, and respect throughout this process has been staggering. I had to redo much of their work myself or have it revised elsewhere — yet they refused even a partial refund. Their entire approach felt like: we’ve been paid, now please stop bothering us. If anyone — customer or legal body — wants to see the documents, emails, and side-by-side comparisons, I’m happy to share everything. I stand by every word. KERN Leipzig failed to deliver a professional service, showed zero regard for customer concerns, and actively tried to dodge accountability. I would never recommend them. You deserve better. Please do not waste your money !!!
